  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders may incur an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment confirmation.
  • All orders are delivered within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take longer.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, it will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, and refunds (if any) will exclude the original shipping costs.
