Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with all tags, certificates, and accessories.
    • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
    • Custom-made or personalized items, including engraved jewellery, are not eligible for returns.
  2. Process for Returns:

    • Provide your order details, including the order ID, and the reason for the return.
    • We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    • Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our quality control team.
    • Items that are damaged, altered, or do not meet the return eligibility criteria will not qualify for a refund.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.   3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable.
    • Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. Exchange Policy:
    • We accept exchanges for items of the same or higher value, subject to availability.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product.
    • The item being exchanged must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  2. How to Exchange:

    • Once approved, ship the item back to us, and we will dispatch the replacement upon receiving and verifying the original product.

Damaged or Defective Products

    • We will replace or refund the item after verifying the issue.
